Terms of Service

Agreement

These terms govern your use of the Web to Excel Chrome extension, website, Free plan, and any paid Pro license. By using the product, you agree to these terms.

1. Product and operator

Web to Excel is an independent software product that converts accessible webpage tables, grids, and repeated lists into Excel or CSV files. Support is provided at lliaozhiliang222@gmail.com.

2. Plans and limits

  • Free: $0, up to 250 rows per export.
  • Pro Annual: $9.99 USD per year, up to 5,000 rows per export and access to Pro workflow features.
  • Pro Lifetime: $39 USD once, with lifetime access to Pro features offered for this product.

Pro includes multi-page sessions, saved extraction rules, dataset merging, advanced filters and cleanup, deduplication, and manual field-type controls. Feature details presented at checkout form part of your purchase.

3. License and activation

A paid license is personal to the purchaser and may be activated on up to three devices or browser environments. You may not share, resell, sublicense, publish, or circumvent a license key or activation controls. License keys may be suspended for fraud, chargebacks, abuse, or material breach of these terms.

4. Billing, renewal, and cancellation

Payments for paid plans are processed by Creem as merchant of record. Pro Annual renews yearly unless canceled before the next renewal date. You may cancel through the customer portal or the cancellation method provided with your purchase; access continues until the end of the paid term. Pro Lifetime is a one-time payment and does not renew automatically.

5. Acceptable use

You must have the right to access and export the data you process. You may not use Web to Excel to bypass authentication, access controls, paywalls, website restrictions, or applicable law; infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; distribute malware; or conduct abusive automated collection. The extension respects Chrome security boundaries and does not guarantee access to every page.

6. Your data and files

Core scanning, preview, cleanup, and export operations run locally in your browser. You are responsible for the webpages you access, the data you export, and how you store or use exported files. See the Privacy Policy for details.

7. Refunds

Refund eligibility and the request process are described in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

8. Availability and warranties

The product is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We work to keep scanning and export reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every website, or error-free output. You should verify exported data before relying on it for important decisions.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Web to Excel is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, loss of data, or loss of profit arising from use of the product. Any aggregate liability relating to a paid plan will not exceed the amount you paid for that plan during the preceding 12 months.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms when the product or legal requirements change. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Questions may be sent to lliaozhiliang222@gmail.com; we aim to respond within three business days.
